We respond to privacy rights requests only if they are verifiable. This means reasonable steps are taken to verify your identity and your right to submit certain requests. We typically do this through an email verification process asking you to confirm your identity and verify that you have made the request. Where necessary, we may ask you to provide additional information that will help us verify your identity. We will only use this information in the verification process, and not for any other purpose.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period as permitted by law. Our response will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your privacy rights request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
